Since the Middle Ages, it has been customary in Germany to hold an outdoor Christmas Market. This year again, there will be a small village composed of charming wooden cabins in the traditional style. You will find many delicious products like mulled wine, ginger bread, German Christmas cakes, roasted chestnuts and other local products. You will also be able to find arts and crafts of the highest quality alongside decorations made exclusively for the Christmas season.
The market can be found at the Place de l’hôtel-de-Ville, in front of City Hall and the Notre-Dame Basilica and in the Jardins de l’hôtel-de-Ville, Old Quebec.
